A New Direction for the Republican Party

A majority of Senate Republicans rallied earlier this week in a concerted effort to rebrand the G.O.P.. Based on an internal memo circulated amongst Capitol Hill staffers and interns, high-level Republican Senators were encouraged to distance themselves from those positions considered by a majority of the American public to be simply "Vile and Odious," and instead to embrace those more radical viewpoints typically reserved for "Comic Book Villainy."

  1. ACTUALLY, BEN, I can watch The Daily Show on its official website here, which is a proper step up from the Comedy Network. Additionally, this entire week of Daily Show coverage has been incredible - the CNN leaves it there, the Fox gay rights protest coverage, this.

Also, nice to see the mighty maverick himself, lover and protector of all contracts military, deemed an anti-rape amendment not quite mavericky enough for his ass.
